Instructions

We are going to explain how to make homemade soap, as it has done until a few years ago. Now is not very normal household soap is made, but until very recently to our grandparents, they had a "recipe" to make your own homemade soap.

To make our homemade soap, need the following:

A clay pot, metal or glass
A wooden spoon
3 liters of water
3 liters of oil (used for frying)
500 grams of caustic soda
We take in the container, caustic soda and add water carefully, as caustic soda can burn skin, so try not to touch it.

Now is the time to be adding the oil slowly while the wooden spoon the mixture will move. This process should extend it for a while, about an hour, until we have a whitish thick paste.

Now let rest for a couple of days and ready and have our homemade soap.

If you want the soap is an aromatic, you can have essential oils of lemon, strawberry or whatever you prefer. If you want whiter soap leaves can add a whitening product, like a splash of indigo.
