Who has not ever found the need to remove gum stuck on clothes, carpets or worse in her hair. Here you have some tips that I hope to work in removing traces of gum.

In the clothes
- Put ice on the remains of gum in abundance until it enough to remove it hardens.
- You can also place the remains on brown paper or newspaper and pass the hot iron over it. The gum stay stuck to the paper and clothing disappear.
- If once off the gum will observe any stain remains, passes over it soaked in turpentine then wash the garment in the wash cloth. It will disappear completely.
- Another way to remove it is by using petrol as this dissolves the gum. After washing the garment to eliminate odor.
Carpets and rugs
- Apply ice, as in clothes, and removes the gum with a knife, then apply solvent over the possible remains and if a ring of color is wipe with a cloth soaked in hydrogen peroxide reduced with water.
In the hair
- The best thing is to remove baby oil, applying it to the area where the hair pasted the gimmick, and combing with a comb slowly until it disappears. After washing your hair as usual. If the remains are still rinse hair with vinegar diluted in water.
