Just turned over a decade. In total, you have three under your belt. So, this is the ideal chance to reflect a little: What have you done with your life so far? Feeling under? If the answer is no, congratulations! Because now you have the opportunity to improve. So grab it and put into practice the decisions they must make healthy women at 30 .

1. Practice an exercise you like

If your answer to the question "Do you exercise?" is something like "I was not born for that," you probably have not yet found the one for you physical activity. And you do not have to dedicate yourself to doing all activities, whether running, swimming or jumping rope you do not like, then find an exercise that motivates you. This will improve your mood, help you sleep better and control your weight. 

2. Take more water

Do you drink eight glasses of water daily? So you're not taking enough water to your body to function well water. So before leaving for work, fill a water bottle and take it with you. This way, you'll be in a better mood and you can lose those extra pounds that both torment you.


3. Stop Smoking

An investigation in 2012 revealed that women who quit smoking before age 40 came to live ten years longer than those who did not. Also, people who leave this vice strengthen their will and decrease their risk for cancer and many cardiovascular diseases. 

4. Keep Moving

Perhaps now you're sitting? If yes, let me tell you: I'm no fortuneteller, just know the statistics. And it is proven that most people spend most of the day sitting. This sedentary lifestyle increases the risk of obesity, heart disease and diabetes. So if you intend to avoid all these problems, move!
