Homemade Scrub 1:
Mix oatmeal with enough water to make a thick paste.
Apply to face in circular motions, emphasizing the contours of the nose, forehead and chin.

Is to put oatmeal in gauze moistened with warm water.

In a bowl mix sugar and olive oil.
This preparation is applied in any area of the body rubbing and massaging the skin well you're dealing with.
If you want you can leave it on all night, eg hands and feet you can spend the night with the product in the hands and feet covered with socks.
The next morning, you wash with warm water. You will notice that the skin is very soft!

This preparation is applied to the skin free of makeup and slightly moist. It is left on for 15 minutes and then rinsed off.
