General rules for skin care

There are four skin types: normal, oily, dry or combination. Today in the market there are products for every skin type, but the rules that follow apply to all.


General rules for skin care


  • Whenever you do something with your skin, wash it either, wear makeup, wear creams, etc.. must do it in an upward direction and out.

  • Never, ever go out in the sun without protection. Even on cloudy or cold days, the sun's rays can damage your skin. If you usually go out for a while in the sun  to get vitamin D , you can still get up blocker on your face and let the skin of the arms and legs is the one that receives the sun.
