Three consequences of eating fast

The endless obligations have assaulted your peace. Clockwise seem to move faster and faster. The ringing of your fork not to: I've never noticed your ability to chew so fast. But wait: you are damaging your health. Leave the cutlery on the table, read this article and learn about the terrible consequences of eating fast .

eating fast

Indigestion

Food is a direct path to indigestion . Its main symptoms are heartburn and heaviness. Sometimes these are so sharp they can be confused with a heart attack. Discomfort yields once the body has failed to finish digesting the huge pieces of food that has engulfed.

Weight gain

The brain and stomach work in synchrony to control appetite. This process is not instantaneous, in fact, your stomach takes about 20 minutes to tell the brain that you've eaten enough. Therefore, if you eat too fast , you've swallowed a lot of calories before your stomach has been able to tell your brain that you did not need. And we all know that excess calories end up resulting in unwanted kilos.

Dissociation signal

When you eat too fast, stop listening to your body. This takes you to lose track of whether you are hungry or satisfied. Over time, stop being sensitive to appetite and satiety signals and begin to guide you through desires or emotional impulses. And these are never good advisers.

As communication between the stomach and the brain takes 20 minutes, is that your meals last at least this long. Consider these consequences , in your meals an opportunity for enjoyment: revel in the flavors, marvel at the different colors ... Eating is just great.
